Terms & Conditions — azs7 Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the azs7 website accessible at azs7.io, including all games, betting markets, account tools, and support services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created by a registered user upon completing the azs7 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held within a player's azs7 account at any given time.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game-play action made using real-money funds or bonus credits on the azs7 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a player by azs7 under a specified promotion.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency supported on the azs7 platform.
• "Prohibited User" refers to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all platform activities, deadlines, and event scheduling referenced herein.

2 Eligibility

Use of the azs7 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which a player accesses or uses the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. azs7 operates a strict 21+ policy and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of players upon registration and at any point thereafter.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold azs7 accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or platform-level self-exclusion register relevant to online gambling.
• You must not hold any azs7 account that has been previously suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your azs7 account. Depositing using payment methods registered to third parties is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of azs7 services, you must complete the platform's registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted during registration. azs7 will not be liable for service failures or payment delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
• You must keep your password and account credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. azs7 will treat all activity conducted under your account credentials as authorised by you.
• You must notify azs7 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• azs7 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where the accuracy of submitted information cannot be verified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the azs7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to a player's azs7 account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. azs7 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. azs7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not previously used for deposit.
• azs7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification ("KYC") procedures. Players are advised to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the azs7 FAQ. azs7 will make every reasonable effort to process withdrawals promptly, but cannot guarantee processing times that fall outside its control.
• azs7 does not charge fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, the player's payment provider may apply their own fees, for which azs7 accepts no liability.
• Any funds deposited into an azs7 account are used solely for the purposes of placing wagers and activating bonuses on the platform. azs7 accounts are not bank accounts and do not attract interest.

5 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and event markets available on the azs7 platform, including but not limited to cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), American football, kabaddi, football, and hockey:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections, stakes, and bet types before confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. azs7 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, azs7's individual market settlement rules will apply. Stakes may be refunded or settled void depending on the specific market rules published on the platform.
• azs7 reserves the right to void any bet placed where there is evidence of a manifest error in the odds displayed, including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or human input errors.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time, including during an active sporting event, at azs7's sole discretion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any technology that places bets programmatically or that exploits latency in the live odds feed is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

6 Casino & Slots

azs7 offers a broad range of casino products including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG-based slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers. The following rules apply to all casino game play:

• All RNG-based games on azs7 use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independent of prior results and cannot be influenced by the player or by azs7.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual player session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, azs7's system will record the last confirmed game state. Bets in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the outcome generated by the game server, which is the authoritative record.
• azs7 reserves the right to void any casino game round where there is evidence of a software malfunction, game server error, or integrity violation, and to refund stakes at its discretion.
• Certain games or game features may not be available for play using active bonus balance. Players should review individual bonus terms to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

azs7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account in the form of bonus balance, which is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and time limits vary by promotion and are published in full on the relevant promotion page. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• azs7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already satisfied the eligibility criteria and claimed the bonus, azs7 will honour the bonus as originally offered.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Unused bonus balance at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
• azs7 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or through any other form of bonus abuse.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the azs7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Opening or operating more than one azs7 account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Using prohibited third-party software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scripts, or any automation that interacts with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by azs7.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds pricing, or any other platform defect to generate profits through means not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing azs7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to azs7 without prior written consent.

9 Responsible Gaming

azs7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their betting activity, accessible from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent expenditure beyond their personal budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when a pre-set time threshold has been reached during any single login session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:

• Collection of identity information (name, date of birth, address, government-issued ID) for account verification and fraud prevention purposes.
• Collection of payment information for deposit and withdrawal processing — azs7 does not store full payment card details.
• Collection of gameplay and transaction data for responsible gaming monitoring, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance purposes.

azs7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third-party service providers is limited to what is necessary for the provision of platform services and is governed by data processing agreements.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the azs7 platform — including but not limited to the azs7 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the property of azs7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content without prior written authorisation from azs7.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the azs7 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, azs7 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with the platform, even if azs7 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability resulting from events outside azs7's reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses sustained as a result of reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or event data, which are provided for entertainment purposes and are subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit azs7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate the player's account relationship with azs7 at any time and for any reason, subject to the following:

• A player may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, the player must withdraw any real-money balance. Bonus balance is forfeited upon account closure.
• azs7 may suspend or permanently close a player's account with immediate effect and without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any other grounds described in Section 8.
• Upon account closure by azs7 for cause, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, azs7 reserves the right to forfeit the balance entirely.
• Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of closure, including outstanding wagering commitments or pending withdrawal requests.

14 Amendments

azs7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, azs7 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered contact. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment are advised to close their account and withdraw their balance before the amended Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which azs7 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through azs7's internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
